Really?!? We finally got Japan’s Hot Dog Eating Champ, Takeru “Tsunami” Kobayashi, over on U.S. soil, and now he’s already acting like an American celebrity. Due to failing “contract negotiations”, Takeru may not compete in this July 4th’s hot dog eating competition. All of this is over a contract that states he cannot enter any food eating competitions that are not approved or stipulated the organizer, International Federation of Competitive Eating, Inc. Here’s an idea…. this 4th, let’s give those hot dogs to kids for Free and treat them to fireworks shows the likes they have never seen before.
