On This date in 1945, Dutch planes dropped pamphlets on Java. This dude must have hit the wrong button. I don't know what they were supposed to be delivering, but I can't imagine the cargo was pamphlets... give us some bullets, gas, something! That same year, Swedish ships delivered food to the Netherlands. The Javanese were NOT HAPPY about this, they were reading "So You're Becoming a Woman" while the people in the Netherlands were feasting on Swedish meatballs, Swedish fish, (insert Swedish Food Joke Here).
