Don’t Waste Your Sick Days Being Sick!
It's cold and flu season, and I have single-handedly boosted the hand-sanitizer company's revenue! We've bathed, washed, even swam in the germ-killing gell in an attempt to stave off any pesky germs. I think it's working; no one in my family has been sick, yet!! (knock on wood)

While surfing the web for a fashionable germ mask, I stumbled upon this very cool UV Disinfectant Want at ThinkGeek for $79.99! I can't wait to get this little baby and kill germs with my magic wand! I feel like an OCD princess.....you gotta check it out... especially if you are germiphobe like I am! =)

Oh, don’t bother with the antimicrobial gels. Just keep your own immune system in top condition and you will stay healthy despite the inevitable germs around you.
Get lots of vitamin D3 (1/2 hr sunshine daily, and/or a few 1000 IU D supplements; almost everyone is deficient, and it promotes health in many ways, including preventing 78% of all cancers!), vitamine C (again, a few 1000 mg will do), and fresh garlic (and/or supplements; garlic is an amazing antimicrobial agent—the chinese herbalists even cure tuberculosis with it; go nuts on this natural warrior!). Throw in some fish oil, too, since most of us are low on omega-3’s. And grab some raw walnuts not only for the omega-3’s, but also because it restores elasticity to your arteries, and even keeps your brain clear of those beta-amyloid alzheimer’s-causing proteins.
Amazing how proper rest, diet (stay alkaline—eat your veggies and avoid sodas, refined sugars, junk snacks, and too much meat), and exercise will maintain your health!
Read www.naturalnews.com for lots of great eye-opening health news and tips. And don’t even think about getting one of those crazy flu vaccines (dangerous and ineffective)!
